Sliced Bread

A few days ago I posted about my first experiment with Healthy Bread in Five Minutes a Day.  I mixed up the dough, let it rise, and then popped it in the fridge.  The next day, after it had been refrigerated for a full 24 hours, I pulled the dough out and made my first loaf of bread.  By the time it was done, I was too tired to post about it.  (The baking itself was very easy, I’d just had a busy day.)  Anyway, without further ado, here’s my first attempt at sliced bread:

I’m not comfortable posting the recipe for this bread, since it’s from a cookbook, but luckily the authors have created a video that does just that.  If you decide to give it a try I’d love to hear how it turns out!
