Eggnog Smoothie

If you love smoothies and the delicious taste of eggnog, this is the recipe for you.

Ingredients

  • 2 frozen bananas
  • 1 cup of vanilla yogurt (I used Greek Gods honey vanilla.)
  • 1 cup milk (I used So Delicious unsweetened coconut milk.)
  • 3 Tbsp hemp seeds (I just add these for protein and omega 3s. Skip it if you don’t have them.)
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 1/2 tsp nutmeg
  • 1/4 tsp ground cloves
  • 1/4 tsp ground cinnamon

Place all of the ingredients in your blender. Use the pulse function to break up the frozen bananas, and then blend until smooth. This makes two smoothies. Two deliciously creamy smoothies.
