CSA Week Two

This week brought more delicious veggies, plus the first of many cabbages. I always struggle to use up cabbages… Some of the produce made it into breakfast this morning too. Spinach ended up in an omelet, and some fresh basil added an aromatic finish to balsamic drizzled apple slices.
